Cema M. (Moses) Witmer

Cema M. (Moses) Witmer, 99, formerly of Elverson, Warwick Twp., PA, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025, at the Phoenixville Hospital. She was recently a resident of Heatherwood Retirement Community in Honey Brook, PA. Born in Spring City, PA, she was the daughter of the late Hurford C. and the late Lottie M. (Emery) Moses. She was the widow of Warren W. Witmer who passed in 2007.

Surviving Cema is her sister: Charlotte V. Wertman of Elverson, PA and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by 3 brothers: William “Jim”, Bruce, and Russell Moses; and 2 sisters: Doris Lucas and Gleta Herb.

A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 11:00AM at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, 1239 Clover Mills Rd. Chester Springs, PA 19425.
