Colleen L. (Birney) Snyder

Colleen L. (Birney) Snyder, 54, of Birdsboro, Exeter Twp., PA passed away at the Reading Hospital on Sunday, June 14, 2026. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of William P. Birney, III and Eva P. (Watt) Hart. She was the wife of Jeffrey E. Snyder.

Colleen worked most of her life Sales for All-State Insurance. She enjoyed reading, watching all sports, but her favorite was hockey, and her animals.

In addition to her husband and parents, Colleen is survived by her son: Brenden Snyder; brother: Taylor Hart; sister: Heather Mast; mother-in-law: Elinor Snyder; and father-in-law: Gene Snyder, husband of Phyllis.

She was predeceased by her step-father: David Hart.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at the Dengler-Sowers Funeral Home & Crematory, LLC., 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508 at 12:00 noon. A viewing will be held from 10:00am- 12:00 noon prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Berks Animal Rescue League, 58 Kennel Rd Birdsboro, PA 19508.
