Darlene D. (Frederick) (Davis) Cooper

Darlene D. (Frederick) (Davis) Cooper, 87, of Douglassville, PA passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2026, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Luzerne County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer A. and the late Isabella Mae (Ulshafer) Frederick. She was the widow of Daniel Davis, Jr.

Darlene worked most of her life as a branch manager for PNC Bank for 39 years. She was a member and former Secretary of the Amity Lioness Club since 1988. She was also awarded the Penna Lioness of the Year Award for 2004-2005. She was also very active in her church at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church volunteering, singing in the choir and serving as treasurer for many years. Darlene had a passion for horses, horseback riding, gardening, animals, and fashion.

Surviving Darlene, is her son: Jeffrey S. Davis; brother: Randall Frederick; sister: Sharry Wilson; grandson: Daniel Davis; and caregiver/ step granddaughter: Amanda Henderson

She was predeceased by her brother: Barry Frederick and sister: Daryl Frederick.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday. March 6, 2026 at 12:00 noon at St. Gabriel’s Episcopal Church, 1188 Ben Franklin Hwy. East, Douglassville, PA 19518. A viewing will be held at the church on Friday from 10:30am-12:00 noon. Burial will be in Birdsboro Cemetery.
