Franklin Donald Kulp, Sr.

Franklin Donald Kulp, Sr., 86, of Birdsboro, PA, passed away on February 1, 2026 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Kulptown, PA he was the son of the late Franklin R. and the late Stella C. (Hafer) Kulp. He was the loving husband of Mary Jane (Imes) Kulp.

Donald worked in the mill for F.M. Brown & Sons in Birdsboro for 37yrs., retiring in 2006. He enjoyed reading and attending car shows. Donald was a very big model railroad enthusiast.

Surviving Donald, in addition to his wife, Mary, are his sons: Franklin D. Kulp, Jr. of Tower City, PA and Dale A. Imes, husband of Robyn of Tower City, PA; and brother: Robert R. Kulp, husband of Gloria of Exeter Twp., PA.

He was predeceased by his sister: Dawn Kulp.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
