Grace R. (Kochel) Killian

Grace R. (Kochel) Killian, 100, formerly of Reiffton, PA, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Keystone Villa at Douglassville. Born in Seyfert, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Helen (Lykens) Kochel. She was the wife of Arthur N. Killian, Jr. for 78 years.

Growing up in Seyfert, Grace and Arthur were neighbors and were together for nearly 96 years. Grace graduated from Birdsboro High School. She worked for Lynette’s Candy in Reading, PA and in the Dress Dept. as a sales associate for Boscov’s East for many years. Grace was a great homemaker, and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Gibraltar, PA.

In addition to her husband Arthur, she is survived by her son: Dennis J. Killian, husband of Beverly; 2 grandchildren: Brenda E. Hoffman, wife of Jonathan and Kelly S. Pruessner, wife of Daniel; and 6 great grandchildren: Bradford, Andrew, and Kelsey Hoffman and Colston, Ian, and Tyler Pruessner.

She was predeceased by her sister: Margaret Rogers.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
