Jean L. (Wright) Snyder

Jean L. (Wright) Snyder, 96, formerly of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at Keystone Villa at Douglassville. Born in Jersey Shore, Lycoming Co., PA, she was the daughter of the late Lester and the late Florence (Blair) Wright. She was the widow of Clayton Edward Snyder.

Jean spent most of her life caring for her family, especially enjoying caring for her granddaughter, making a home, gardening and later enjoying life on a golf course in Myrtle Beach. She enjoyed following football and baseball. (Go Phils!)

Jean is survived by her son: Bruce E. Snyder, husband of Linda; sister: Phyllis Corson; and granddaughter: Laura.

She was predeceased by her sister: Beverly Ranck.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Salvation Army.
