John D. Tschudy

John D. Tschudy, 88, of Robeson Township, PA passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his family. Born in Reading, PA, he was the son of the late John Tschudy and the late Lottie (Swierczewski) Dettore. He was the husband of the late Suzanne I. (Graul) Tschudy who passed away in 2013.

John worked most of his life as an Industrial Electrician. He was employed over the years by Firestone Tire & Rubber, Reading Tube, Philly Gear, and Birdsboro Steel. John was a member of Phoenix Lodge No. 75 F&AM, the former Birdsboro Lions Club and attended St. Paul’s UM Church in Geigertown, PA. In his younger years, he enjoyed coaching youth sports, fishing, and hunting. John was a diehard dirt track racing fan most of his life.

John is survived by 2 sons: John W. Tschudy and Brett A. Tschudy; 4 grandchildren: Rachel, Robert, Juliet, and Preston; and 6 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a brother and sister.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 from 6:00pm-7:30pm at the Dengler-Sowers Funeral Home & Crematory, LLC. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508.
