Korey Austin Spatz

Korey Austin Spatz, 14, of Robeson Twp., PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. Born in Allentown, PA, he was the son of Brian M. Spatz and Heather E. Rapp.

Korey was a sharp and intelligent middle school student. He loved animals, especially dogs, cats, horses, chickens, and ducks. He was an avid reader; he would always be found with a book and loved Harry Potter. He also loved listening to country music, especially Jelly Roll. Korey worked on The Farm at Seidel Creek in Robeson Twp., tending to the horses and donkeys, which led him to aspire to be a veterinarian.

In addition to his parents, Korey is survived by his brother: Brandon Spatz, sisters: Kylie and Juliana Spatz; grandparents: Ken Rapp and Susan (Faust) Rapp; nieces Jaslynn and Alaia; and the farm owner: Leslie Kearns.

A Visitation will be held on Friday evening, May 15, 2026 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Dengler-Sowers Funeral Home & Crematory, LLC. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508. Please wear green and dress casual for Korey's visitation.
