Linda L. (Hinrich) Badman, 78, of Birdsboro, PA, passed away on January 24, 2026 at the Reading Hospital. Born in Warsaw, NY, she was the daughter of the late Clarence S. and the late Doris A. (Collister) Hinrich. She was the loving wife of Francis H. Badman of Birdsboro, PA.
Linda spent most of her life raising her children and creating a warm, loving home for her family. While she lived much of her life in Pennsylvania, her heart always remained in her hometown of Perry, New York, where she grew up and loved to reminisce about her younger days, especially the many happy hours spent roller skating. After high school, Linda lived for a time in Louisiana and Michigan before eventually settling in Pennsylvania, where she found her greatest joy in being surrounded by family, friends, and most of all, her grandchildren.
During her years at Amity Garden Apartments, Linda was known for planning wonderful end-of-the-school-year pool parties for all the kids and could often be found at the playground, chatting and laughing with friends. Later, while living in Birdsboro, she enjoyed spending time with the kids at the arcade and many evenings gossiping with friends at DiScala’s. Linda enjoyed crafting and gardening, fishing with her husband, loved days at the beach, and was a devoted fan of Barry Manilow. She also cherished quiet moments with her beloved cat, Baby, and could always be counted on to cheer for her Buffalo Bills.
In addition to her husband, Francis, Linda is survived by her sons, Christopher Badman and his wife, Dana, and Robert Dennis and his wife, Mayumi; her daughters, Ann Burkhart and her husband, Scott, and Renee (Badman) Steube and her husband, Joseph E.; her brother, Kevin Hinrich and his wife Darlene; her sister, Gail Ayers; her beloved grandchildren, Brandon Burkhart and his wife, Karly, Marissa Burkhart, Jacob Burkhart, Nathan Badman, Olivia Badman, Trevor Dennis, Ray Dennis, Colleen Steube, and Zachary Steube and his wife, Hailey; and her great-grandchildren, Bennett Burkhart, Avery Steube, Colton Schnovel, and Ronan O’Neill.
