Mary Ellen (Matuszewski) Urban

Mary Ellen (Matuszewski) Urban, 72, of Douglassville, Amity Twp., PA passed away on July 24, 2026. She was born in Beaufort, SC. Mary is survived by her son: Donald G. Urban, husband of Cristina; 2 grandchildren: Max and Noah Urban; and 2 brothers, Joe and Gerald Matuszewski.

Mary was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence H. Urban, Jr., her parents, Gerald and Lorraine (Sickles) Matuszewski, and her sister, Nadine (Matuszewski) Kettleborough.

Mary spent most of her life working with her husband at their family-owned car dealership, L & J Auto Sales, in Birdsboro, PA. She loved spending time with her family, especially when cruising on their boat in the Chesapeake Bay. Mary also dearly loved her birds, Charlie, Echo, and Sydney.

A celebration of life will be private at the convenience of the family
