Maryanne Tabegna

Maryanne Tabegna, 69, of Mt. Penn, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Reading Hospital. Born in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late James M. and Seconda R. (Nanni) Tabegna.

Maryanne worked and retired from Bell Telephone as a telephone operator. She enjoyed swimming, gardening, flowers, spending time with her friends, and loved her dog: Mercy. She attended St. Catherine’s of Siena Roman Catholic Church in Exeter Township.

Maryanne is survived by her 2 brothers: James S. Tabegna and Michael J. Tabegna and many cousins.

She was predeceased by her brother: Joseph D. Tabegna.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday evening, June 10, 2026 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Dengler-Sowers Funeral Home & Crematory, LLC. 144 N. Spruce St. Birdsboro, PA 19508. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception BVM RC Church Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Immaculate Conception BVM RC Church, 905 Chestnut St. Douglassville, PA 19518.
