Mildred E. (Smith) Keppen, 86, formerly of Geigertown, PA, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at the Wyomissing Health & Rehab Center, where she received exemplary care. Millie was one of those few people who always lucky, which influenced her love for raffles, casinos and bingo.
Mildred is survived by sons William R. Keppen, husband of Stacey, and Lawrence E. Keppen, and her daughter, Dawn Marie Deering. Her heart held a most special love for her siblings: sisters Faith Smay, Melody Suchowicki, Patricia Cisowski, Renee Canon, the late Marie Cahill the late Grace Colon, and brothers Robert Smith and the late Sydney Smith. In addition to her children, Millie leaves behind 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many beautiful memories.
