Neil B. McCauley

Neil B. McCauley, 66, of Birdsboro, PA passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025 in the comfort of his home. Born in Media, PA he was the son of the late Harry E. McCauley and the late F. Shirley (VanZant) (McCauley) Metsger. He was the loving husband of Maria E. (Warner) McCauley.

 Neil was employed as a Nuclear Technician for Limerick Generating Station for 40 yrs. He was involved with various organizations: Birdsboro Councilman, VP of Crestwood Swimming Club, Schuylkill River Trail, and a JP Mascaro Board Member. In his free time he enjoyed woodworking, car repair, traveling to Disney World as well as many countries including: Ireland and Italy. Neil was an active member of Immaculate Conception BVM RC Church.

 Surviving Neil, along with his wife, Maria, are his 2 daughters: Elaine and Sharon McCauley; 2 sisters: Karen McMullen and Lisa Seelinger; and 2 brothers: Glenn and Greg McCauley. 

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Immaculate Conception BVM RC Church, 905 Chestnut St. Douglassville, PA 19518. A viewing will be held from 9:30am-10:45am Saturday morning at the church, prior to mass. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
