Thomas Roberts Cikoski

Thomas Roberts Cikoski, 81, of Elverson, PA, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, in his home. Born in Homestead, PA, he attended West Mifflin Schools. He was the son of the late Nicholas G. and the late Jeannette L. (Filmore) Cikoski. He was the loving husband of Diane W. (Palser) Cikoski.

Tom earned his Master of Engineering from Penn State University and his BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. He served our country as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, assigned to Air Defense Command. Upon separation, Tom worked in software development up through management roles with Burroughs, Avon Products, and NYNEX. He then formed Panther Digital Corporation, a software/internet networking consulting firm, and for the next 25 years he worked as owner and consultant.

In addition to his technology work, Tom was a movie buff and moved on to work in film and video production both behind and in front of the camera.

He was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Glenmoore, PA.

In addition to his wife, Diane, he is survived by his son: Colin T. Cikoski, husband of Katie Sauer of Lander, WY; daughter: Rebecca C. Carter, wife of Gregory of Polmont, Scotland; sister-in-law: Mary Beckman, widow of John S. Cikoski of St. Mary’s, GA; and grandson: Samuel M. Carter.

A Graveside Service with military honors will be held at Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Rd. Annville, PA 17003.
